Owing to the large number of spam/suggestive/unwanted advertising and other rubbish received on my contact page I have removed the form from my site.  I'm sorry this may affect  genuine callers but I'm still available to respond via my email address which is scanned regularly by a cyberfilter.  Therefore any response to genuine queries may take a few days before I can get back to you.   Thank you for your understanding.
